Parking at phoenix mills is pain
They build a 5 level car park and forgotten to build lift or may be it wasn't on priority list. so once you park your car you have to walk down all those floors as there no life ... may be Cost cutting ?

Bestbuy in USA, Fnac in France & Croma in India ?
In india Croma is pretty good & impressive that's if you haven't seen bestbuy or fnac. But ill give them full credit it's good to see that atleast they are trying ....
It would be really helpful if they get smart employes or train their salesman so that while shopping when you ask them any tech question they don't give that puzzled or blank look... This would just improve overall experience, After all you just don't go and pickup anything what counts is overall experiece of buying a particular product,Selection procedure etc & later on being content / happy with what you have bought.
