#Hollister Shipped me Defective Tshirt

This is with reference to Order # 3984336 Order Date 07/11/2009
Reason i had Made online Purchase at hollisterco.com is because i love the Brand & believed in its Quality , i still have T-shirt which i had Purchased at Store In california 2 Years ago and they are still in perfectly good Condition.... But as Loyal User of Hollister , Because of this Recent Experience, i feel Frustrated
, Disappointed & let down ...
From my Recent Order Ref # 3984336 One one of Tshirt which was Shipped to me... Carlsbad Item # 321205486 Price : 29.50$ Recently when i opened this particular tshirt I found it Defected , it had a Hole, it hasn't been worn even once & i haven't even washed it.... Thus i have enough reason to believe a Defective & substandard tshirt was Shipped to me... I am Shocked & Surprised that Considering it being International Order... user has Paid.. 50$ for fedex and then i also paid.. Significant Amount as custom duties... its really Sad that you did not do quality check on this Particular Item before Shipping it .. rest of t-shirt Did have "INSPECTORA CC174" Sticker But this Particular one did not have quality inspection label
had i been in USA i would have walked into Store & Echanged
this t-shirt & if you would have Refused then probably i would
have Thoughtabout Suing you For Sending Defective/ Poor Quality
Product But Fact is i am here in india, All i can do is
